Please don’t worry if you meet similar situations. Firstly, please update the Sricam APP.
Secondly, reset the camera to factory settings and setup camera again(As a new camera).

Note: Device with default or too weak password will be forbidded to access, the device password
should be 6-9 characters long(A-Z,0-9) and combination of digits & characters. Such as: Smi496, SriCam018, SriKe721...
